Delo: Best Things Come in Three

Ljubljana, 18 October - Of the three Slovenia's major political goals - membership in NATO, the beginning of full membership negotiations with the European Union and a non-permanent seat in the UN Security Council - only the last one has been achieved so far, daily Delo writes on Saturday adding that NATO was out in the first round and negotiations with the EU appear fairly shaky according to the 5 + 1 or 3 + 1 formulas, at least until the December summit in Luxembourg.
