Delo: Fatal Attraction

Ljubljana, 20 October - Montenegro's President Momir Bulatovic and his great political opponent, Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic, have both experienced a shock after the first round of the presidential election. Each for different reasons. Bulatovic because his rival came dangerously close in the first round and Djukanović because he had expected an immediate success or at least much greater support of voters, Delo comments in Monday's editorial.
