Paper: Delayed building of Koper-Divača track missed opportunity

Koper, 14 June - The Koper-based newspaper Primorske Novice regrets that Slovenia has not already built a new, 27-km rail track between the port of Koper and the railway junction Divača, as it comments on the first of the seven tunnels on the new route being broken through under the headline Light in the Tunnel Isn't Train Yet.
