Equality ombudsman finds part of intl protection act discriminatory
Ljubljana, 14 June - The Slovenian equality ombudsman has found provisions of the international protection act dealing with refugee advisors to be discriminatory, recommending the Interior Ministry to amend it. Applicants represented by advisors are seen to be in an inferior position compared to those who have the money to be represented by a lawyer.
