Slovene Press on Carinthian Declaration on "German-Speaking Minority"

Ljubljana, 23 October - Slovene dailies comment on Austrian region Carinthia's declaration demanding that Austria's federal government should make efforts to solve open issues in relations with Slovenia in Thursday's editions. In the declaration, Carinthia's government said that open issues included rights of "the German-speaking minority" in Slovenia, issues of the confiscated property belonging to persons of German origin who lived in the then Yugoslavia before WW II, as well as closure of the Krško Nuclear Power Plant.**
