Kučan and Kovač File Candidacy for Presidential Election

Ljubljana, 23 October - SLOVENIA/ELECTION/PRESIDENT/CANDIDACY
The first two official candidacies for the presidential election to be held on 23 November were filed on Thursday with the National Electoral Commission (NEC). The Liberal Democracy of Slovenia (LDS) proposed Bogomir Kovač as a presidential candidate and later the candidacy of President of Slovenia Milan Kučan was filed.
