Mediator Watts Meets State Secretary Vajgl

State Secretary for Foreign Affairs Ivo Vajgl met Friday with Sir Arthur Watts, international mediator for succession to the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Watts presented his talks with the successors' negotiation teams and pointed out problems arising in the process, the Foreign Ministry reported.
