CEI Parliament Speakers Conference

A debate on sovereignty of national parliaments in relation to international institutions and local governments started the official part of the Central European Initiative parliament speakers conference. Slovenia is represented at the meeting by Parliament Speaker Janez Podobnik and head of the parliamentary delegation to the CEI parliamentary conference, Franc Zagožen.
