The Council of Europe Meeting on Local Government in Maribor

Maribor, 26 October - COUNCIL/OF/EUROPE/LOCAL/SELF-GOVERNMENT
A meeting of Council of Europe experts and the representatives of the Slovene government and local authorities will take place in Maribor Monday, 27 October. The participants will analyze the draft of the Slovene law on regions. The Slovene constitution, in accordance with the European Charter on Local Government, envisages the possibility of integration into regions.
