Paper calls for measures to protect drinking water in Istria

Koper, 21 July - Commenting on the drought in the Istria region, the newspaper Primorske Novice says in Thursday's commentary that the supply of drinking water has been an issue in the region for years. "And with every change of government the story starts from scratch," the paper says, stressing that such a pace of solving this issue is not acceptable any more.
