"They are still searching for ways to pay our reward to firefighters": The Firefighting Association estimates some 11,000 firefighters were involved in the firefighting operation in the Kras region in the past 11 days. "There will be no fish in Mali Graben for the next ten years": A massive fish die-off occurred on Saturday in Mali Graben, a river canal of the Gradaščica river in Ljubljana. Around a tonne and a half of fish are dead, according to the Barje Angling Club. (front page, 9)
