Good harvest at Sečovlje salt pans
Sečovlje, 17 August - This year's scorching heat and severe drought have brought about an abundant and high-quality crop of salt in the Sečovlje salt pans, where salt is produced manually with traditional tools. As much as 1,600 tonnes has already been stored, which is more than is typically sold annually, Klavdij Godnič, director of the Soline company, told the STA.
