Poll: Kučan Leads Before November Presidential Elections

Ljubljana, 4 November - SLOVENIA/ELECTIONS/POLL
According to a survey published by daily Delo in its Tuesday's edition, current Slovenia's President Milan Kučan is favoured to win the first round of presidential elections scheduled for 23 November - he is favoured by 43.5 percent of the pollled. Kučan is followed by current Speaker of Parliament Janez Podobnik (Slovene People's Party) with 7.2 percent of votes.
