Premier Drnovšek on Future Government Steps at a Meeting with Managers

Prime Minister Janez Drnovšek said 1997 was a special year for Slovene politics whose primary task was overcoming the political deadlock emerging after the parliamentary elections. Because of the deadlock, the 1997 budget is only to be passed at the end of this month, Premier Drnovšek said in an address to members of the Manager Association's managing board in the Terme Čatež health resort.
