Judges in favour of constitutional changes to their appointments

Ljubljana, 29 September - The Slovenian Judges' Association and the Judicial Council support the proposed amendments to the constitution which exclude parliament from the judicial appointment procedure. Both also stress in their responses to the coalition-sponsored changes that they are against the politicisation of judicial appointment procedures.
