Exports and imports of goods significantly up in August

Ljubljana, 5 October - Slovenian companies exported goods worth EUR 4.19 billion in August, a rise of 51.9% compared to August last year, with imports of goods increasing by 44.3% to EUR 4.71 billion, the latest data released by the Statistics Office (SURS) shows. Trade deficit reached nearly EUR 518 million.
