Banka Celje Sings Contract for Syndicated Loan

Ljubljana, 13 November - BANK/CELJE/SYNDICATED/LOAN
Banka Celje signed a contract for a DM 10 million syndicated loan with five distinguished foreign banks headed by Deutsche Bank Luxembourg S.A.. The loan, to be discharged over the next seven years, is intended to help improve the structure of the bank's funding sources. The syndicate, organized by Deutsche Bank AG/Deutsche Morgan Grenfell, also includes BCEE Luxembourg S.A., DG Bank Frankfurt and Landesbank Schleswing Holstein, with DM 2.5 million each.
