Dnevnik speculates whether govt will succeed in changing constitution

Ljubljana, 26 October - The newspaper Dnevnik is sceptical that Prime Minister Robert Golob will entirely succeed in his plan to introduce several changes to the constitution. Some changes can be expected, but nothing major. "It would be a success if they manage to abolish the upper chamber and improve the electoral system."
