Clocks turned back for winter time

Ljubljana, 30 October - Clocks in Slovenia were turned back by an hour at 3am on Sunday, as the country transitioned to winter time. Four years after the European Commission proposed the abolishment of clock turning, the move still seems far off despite being welcomed by most member states.
