Delo: Mountains Will Not Move

Ljubljana, 24 November - Things remain unchanged in Slovenia. Some may be disappointed with Kučan's re-election. Still others will find his renewed five years in office a juicy bone they will often pick as a proof that it is no wonder things cannot get in motion since we still have a Communist president.
