Ema Kugler and Herman Gvardjančič win top arts prizes

Ljubljana, 2 December - Ema Kugler, a film and video maker, performer and costume designer, and painter Herman Gvardjančič were declared the winners of 2023 Prešeren Prizes, the highest national accolade for lifetime achievement in culture and arts, on Friday.
