Weather: Partly clear

Ljubljana, 7 December - The skies over Slovenia will be partly clear on Wednesday with fog or low cloud developing in low-lying areas. Morning lows will range from -3 to 4 degrees Celsius, as low as -8 in the Alpine valleys and up to 5 on the coast. Daytime highs will stand between 0 and 6 degrees, up to 13 in Primorska, where a weak bora will blow.
