National Assembly celebrates 30th anniversary
Ljubljana, 6 December - A ceremony marked 30 years since the first session of the National Assembly on Tuesday. Nine terms and 946 MPs later, the legislature passed over 4,200 laws. Addressing the ceremony, President Borut Pahor expressed concern that political power was slowly but surely shifting from the National Assembly to the government.
