Dnevnik upbeat about W Balkans' EU prospects

Ljubljana, 7 December - Commenting on the EU-Western Balkans summit in Tirana, Dnevnik sees reason to be optimistic about the prospects of countries in the region joining the bloc, the region having returned to the EU's agenda after Russia's attack on Ukraine.
