Percent for art scheme ignored by investors

Ljubljana, 7 December - The mandatory percent for art scheme, under which investors in public buildings are obligated by law to allocate a small share of the total investment value for public artwork, has gotten off to a very meagre start. Since it was enacted in 2017, only one investor has followed the law.
