NGO Today Is a New Day wins Dutch Embassy's human rights award
Ljubljana, 8 December - Today Is a New Day has become the first Slovenian NGO to win the Dutch Embassy in Ljubljana's award for human rights, the Embassy Tulip. Ambassador Johan Verboom praised the NGO's innovative use of technology to enable citizens to play an active role in democratic processes as he handed out the award at Mini Teater on Thursday.
