Top court clears PNR-related provision in police tasks law
Ljubljana, 9 December - The Constitutional Court has ruled that the provision of the police tasks and powers act relating to the processing of data from the passenger name record (PNR) for the purposes of preventing, detecting, investigating and prosecuting terrorist and other serious criminal crimes is not unconstitutional.
