Ljubljana, 12 December - A mostly clear day with some morning fog is forecast for Monday with morning temperatures below freezing point. Morning lows will range from -7 to -2 degrees Celsius, down to -14 in the Alpine valley Zgornjesavska Dolina, northwest, and around zero at the seaside. The mercury will rise to -3 to 2 degrees during the day, up to 7 in Primorska, west.
