Ljubljana, 12 December - Aleshia Duncan, the deputy assistant secretary at the US Department of Energy, is in Slovenia, allegedly to discuss the possibility of developing a second nuclear reactor in Slovenia. She is to meet Infrastructure Ministry State Secretary Tina Seršen.
