Večer says creator of policies for Bosnian, Kosovo Serbs is in Belgrade

Ljubljana, 13 December - Večer comments on the latest escalation of tensions in Kosovo on Tuesday, saying that the main creator of policies concerning Serbs in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Kosovo is sitting in Belgrade. Russia stands behind Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić, which is more worrisome for the West than the conflict between Albanians and Serbs in Kosovo.
