Agreement on mechanism to cap gas prices close, Kumer says

Brussels, 14 December - Infrastructure Minister Bojan Kumer noted that the EU ministers in charge of energy had failed to agree on a mechanism for limiting natural gas prices as they met in Brussels on Tuesday. He said great progress had been made and that an agreement was very close, adding that the EU leaders were expected to discuss the matter on Thursday.
