Constitutional Court annuls controversial Swiss franc act
Ljubljana, 14 December - After staying in March the controversial law on Swiss franc loans, legislation challenged by nine banks which say it is detrimental to banks and the economy as a whole, the Constitutional Court annulled the act in a decision announced on Wednesday. The court argues that conditions for retroactivity had not been fulfilled.
