Compensation for independence war victims exempt from tax
Ljubljana, 15 December - The National Assembly has passed amendments to the act on special rights of victims in the 1991 independence war, tabled by the New Slovenia (NSi) and the Democrats (SDS), to exempt from income tax the flat-rate compensation to the relatives of those who died in the war. No MP voted against the proposal.
