Ljubljana, 17 December - Mostly clear weather is forecast for Slovenia for Sunday, with fog and low cloud lingering in low-lying areas inland. Morning lows will range from -2 to -7 degrees Celsius, and daytime highs from -3 to 2 degrees, up to 3 in the western region of Primorska.
