Weather: Cold and cloudy

Ljubljana, 19 December - Sun will be confined to higher altitudes on Monday as a thick cloud and fog cover is forecast to linger across much of the country. Morning temperatures will range between -7 and -3 degrees, as low as -10 in Alpine valleys. Daytime highs of between -3 and 1 are expected, up to 9 along the coast.
