Delo: They Came to Sarajevo, Met with Each Other and Flew Away

Ljubljana, 1 December - The Central European Initiative (CEI) has gone off the track it hit originally. Pentagonal co-operation at the onset eight years ago, it soon developed into a hexagonal partnership only to become an organization of 16 members. Regardless of this, its name is even more absurd if we know that it unites nations form the Baltic Sea to the Adriatic and Black Sea. A more appropriate name would not solve more fundamental questions relative to its existence, but it would at least sound less ridiculous, Monday's edition of Delo writes.
