Ljubljana, 1 December - Foreign Affairs Minister Boris Frlec received Monday Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Suliman Majed Al-Shaheen, who delivered him a letter by Kuwaiti Foreign Minister, sheik Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jabar Al-Sabah, presenting the state of Iraqi-Kuwaiti relations, the Foreign Ministry reported.
