Constitutional Court: Shell Quotes Ignorance of Constitutional Principles
Ljubljana, 1 December - COMPANIES/SHELL/CONSTITUTIONAL/COURT
The Constitutional Court held a public hearing Monday in the case for assessment of the legality and constitutionality of the government order regulating the lending of building plots along motorways for service facilities. The judges heard the positions of both sides, the Shell Slovenia company and the National Company for Motorways (DARS) and the Ministry of Transport and Communications. A government representatives did not attend. The court will take its final ruling on the case, started on 9 September by Shell Slovenia, at one of its future sessions.
