Delo: No Palestinian State, No Peace

Ljubljana, 3 December - Palestinian Minister for Local Self-government Saeb Erekat, one of Yasser Arafat's chief deputies and head of the Palestinian delegation at negotiations with Israel told Delo that Palestinians are much closer to a declaration of the Palestinian state than anyone could have immagined.
