Mladina spotlights curse of reform efforts

Ljubljana, 3 February - Commenting on the planned reforms, the magazine Mladina says in its latest editorial that the main curse of any reform effort is that changes in one area always have an impact on others too. What adds to the challenge is that Slovenia is a post-socialist mess on the one hand and nearly a capitalist mess on the other.
