Dnevnik says government rules with "flashes of inspiration"

Ljubljana, 4 February - Commenting on the government withdrawing a bill on monthly bonus for judges and prosecutors, Dnevnik says on Saturday that it seems that the government rules with "flashes of inspiration" and that the reservations expressed by the parliamentary legal service was only an excuse for the withdrawal.
