Ljubljana, 7 February - Weather in Slovenia will be mostly clear on Tuesday. Morning lows will stand between -12 to -6 degrees Celsius, up to -3 on the coast, and daytime highs will range from -1 to 3 degrees, reaching 7 in the western region of Primorska where a weak bora will blow.
