Sunday's repeated presidential election in Serbia brought some novelties. Most of all it proved successful to change Zoran Lilić, the first presidential candidate of the Socialists united with the Left. Milan Milutinović defeated Vojislav Šešelj decisively, which gave a great pleasure to international mediators, who are trying to hold back troubled waters in the Balkans, the Maribor daily Večer writes in its Tuesday issue.
