Ljubljana, 10 December - A standoff over how to divide the assets of the late Yugoslavia does not drive to despair just the four successor states that are reduced to observing how Belgrade is successfully resisting any attempt to divide at least part of the assets that used to belong to the former common state. Left with a useless finding that the "Yugoslav obstruction is preventing any progress form occurring in the succession talks", also the Western mediators are dissatisfied with the current state of affairs, Wednesday's issue of Delo writes, adding that the international community itself is largely responsible for this situation.
