While the European Human Rights Court has received several complaints form Slovenia, the Slovene Constitutional Court invalidated and proclaimed unconstitutional 69 laws and 38 government decrees for the past five years, Wednesday's issue of Večer writes on the Human Rights Day. These relatively high figures, together with the fact that numerous laws have not been harmonized with the Constitution yet reveal much about the rule of law in Slovenia.
