Issue of court powers raised as digital services act is debated

Ljubljana, 20 February - The issue of powers awarded to courts and inspecting bodies in relation to digital services was raised at the expert meeting at the Digital Transformation Ministry on Monday in what is the first in a series of meetings dedicated to the transposition of the EU digital services act into the Slovenian legislation.
