Weather: Foggy morning, clear skies in the afternoon

Ljubljana, 21 February - The cloud cover in the western regions of Primorska and Notranjska will persist, while the skies over the rest of the country will be mostly clear on Wednesday. Fog will cover some low-lying areas in the morning. Morning lows will stand between -2 and 3 degrees Celsius, reaching 6 on the coast. Daytime highs will range from 11 to a cosy 16 degrees.
