Slovene Ambassador in Stockholm Submits Letters of Credence to Latvia's President

Ljubljana, 11 December - Slovenia's Ambassador in Stockholm Dragoljuba Benčina submitted on Tuesday in Riga her letters of credence to Latvia's President Guntis Ulmanis, the Slovene Foreign Ministry reported.*** The Slovene ambassador used this occasion to hold talks with Speaker of the Latvian Parliament Alfreds Chepanis, Head of the parliamentary committee for foreign affairs Andris Rubins, Doyen of the diplomatic corps in Riga and Estonian Ambassador Toomas Tiilvel. A copy of the letters of credence were submitted to head of the protocol Eriks Flaumanis.
