Koper, 27 February - Believing that banning the sale of cars with internal combustion engines will make a major contribution to the fight against global warming could prove to be a shot in the knee in the long run, the newspaper Primorske Novice says in Monday's commentary on a recent European Parliament decision to ban such cars after 2035.
