Slovene Legislators Defeat Lustration Bill

Ljubljana, 12 December - PARLIAMENT/LUSTRATION
The National Assembly defeated the bill to address consequences of the Communist regime on Friday by 57 votes against 22. The so-called lustration bill was proposed by the oppositional Social Democratic Party (SDS) and Slovene Christian Democrats (SKD).
